Now he couldn't move his flippers. Penny knew she had to help. She quickly gathered some rocks and dug at the snow, trying to make a path for her friend. It was hard work, but Penny didn't give up. Finally, after much toiling, she freed Wally from his snowy prison! Wally was so happy that he gave Penny a big high five. They both waddled away, happy to be together again.
